A budget conscious design solution was required for this quaint brick cottage.  Existing windows and external walls have been retained where practically possible, before extending onto the zoned kids’ bedrooms and rumpus room beyond.  The rumpus room is positioned to access to northern sunlight with a new carport proposed in the front setback.
