With the children quickly approaching their teenage years, the owner wanted to create a home that enabled zoned living.  A second living space where the children could easily connect with their friends out of the main living space was a priority.  The primary living space needed to cater for spirited entertaining for the large extended family with a focus on natural light and sustainability.
