FOLLOW THE PROJECT: #krdrsd

This site presented an exciting design challenge where an expansive water view is offered over a narrow street frontage.  The brief was created around needs of a multi-generational family. The spaces created offer everyone privacy at times, and spirited social interactions at others.  By siting the main body of the home at the rear, nearly every primary living space shares an appreciation of the stunning views and incredible sunsets.
