The main body of the existing home is retained and kept mostly in its original form with only simple modernisation.  The carport and rear living space leant itself to a more contemporary style and enabled access to northern sunlight in the main living space over the existing dwelling.  The client’s background in spatial arrangement of retail spaces has sparked a very considered layout, with personalised spaces for the parents and their children alike.
