Mount Eliza

This existing house required extensive alterations and additions to accommodate the everyday needs of the multi-generational family who will call it home. The detailing and space arrangement of the existing is progressive given its age and we sought to embrace and extend on elements of its mid-century modern style. The generous street setback enabled the additions to be sited in front of the existing conditions and deliver a new balanced façade, including an angled balcony appreciating the stunning bay views.  We have since designed a complimentary pool house at the rear, which is nearing completion, and proving to be a much-used addition to the home.
