FOLLOW THE PROJECT: #krdbnt

This project required the beautification of the façade. The existing home had a distinctive 90’s style.  The challenge was to impose as minimal disturbance to the current conditions as possible while creating a massive transformation. The design response included squaring off the parapets and stretching the balcony across the entry.  In addition, a painted finish to the textured brickwork will introduce a ‘gallery’ type feel to the tall façade.
